Abstract Preparation

You are invited to submit a one-page abstract to make your oral or poster presentation.
In order to make your abstract, you are required to use the official template, which can be downloaded here: Abstract-Template_ICSMA20.docx

Abstract Submission

Abstract submission is possible through the online system by following the procedures below. The abstract submission system is open until November 15th, 2024.

(1) Creating account

In order to submit your abstract, you must create your own account from this page: https://registration.icsma20.com/signup/account
After filling in your e-mail address, desired login ID, and password, you will receive an e-mail to validate your account.

(2) Creating profile

After validating your account, you will be able to create your profile, in which the information will be used for both abstract submission and registration later.

(3) Submitting abstract

After (2), you will be able to submit your abstract from My page. In the abstract submission page, you are required to fill in your presentation type (oral or poster), presentation title, authors information, session category, and keywords (select multiple keywords related to your presentation). Your abstract must be uploaded in PDF format. If the presenter is different from the submitting author or if there is anything to report to the organizer, please mention it in “Comments to the organizer”. After submitting the abstract, it is still possible to edit the contents from My page until the final submission due date, and you don’t need to fill in a new submission form.

Note:

• The number of the contribution is restricted to one presentation for one submitting author.
• Submitted abstract will be reviewed by experts before acceptance/rejection.
• Submitted abstract will be distributed to the participants in the conference.
• Although we, organizing committee, will try our best, your presentation type and category may be changed due to the limited capacity of the conference rooms.
• Abstracts sent by email will NOT be accepted.
• Abstracts submitted after the final due date will NOT be accepted.

• Notification of acceptance will be sent to submitting authors around the end of December 2024.
