About ICSMA
With a 50-year tradition since 1967, ICSMA 20 provides a global platform for the latest advances in materials strength research. The conference covers a wide range of scientific topics, from fundamental issues in materials deformation to applications of engineering materials. With a focus on metals, alloys, composites, biomedical materials, and emerging materials, ICSMA 20 seeks to deepen our understanding of the processes that govern material strength at various scales of length and time. The conference will be held in Kyoto, an ancient capital and cultural center of Japan. Join us at ICSMA 20 to shape the future of materials strength research through collaboration and innovation.
